- Download your stats card using the button above. It will save to your camera roll.
- Open Instagram and tap the + button to create a new Story.
- Choose a photo or video from your camera roll as your background, or use a solid colour.
- Tap the sticker icon at the top of the screen, then tap Photo.
- Select your stats card from your camera roll. It will appear as a sticker you can resize and reposition.
- Tag @silentbookclub and share!

- Open Instagram and create a new Reel.
- Record or upload your video as the base layer.
- Tap the sticker icon, then Photo, and select your stats card from your camera roll.
- Resize and position the card anywhere on screen. Pinch to scale it down for a corner overlay look.
- Add music, tag @silentbookclub, and post!
- Download your stats card using the button above.
- Open CapCut and start a new project with your video.
- Tap Overlay at the bottom, then Add Overlay.
- Select your stats card from your camera roll.
- Resize, reposition and set the duration to match your clip. You can also adjust opacity for a subtle look.
- Tip: Use CapCut's Freeze Frame feature to hold a still moment — great for letting your stats linger on screen.
